We enjoy quaint towns, the beauty of rolling hills, pristine rivers and lakes and easy access to New York City.  

As in most parts of the country, we are definitely in a buyer's market and housing prices have gone down. Many houses (unless they are extremely well priced) are staying on the market for a longer time. This could be a very good time to buy.

A perfect place to raise your family, Sussex County offers great schools and a wide variety of recreational activities.

  You can eat a hotdog at a New Jersey Skyhawks baseball game or a gourmet meal in any number of fine area restaurants.

Visit craftspeople at work at the renowned Peters Valley. (I've taken some excellent photography courses there.) Explore the Franklin Mineral Mine & Museum or search for a special item at the Lafayette Antique Center.

 The Sussex Farm & Horse Show - New Jersey State Fair - with its farm animals, country music, fabulous food and exhibits is a true country fair.
